At SEO Devz we believe in clear work and honest communication. This policy explains how a client can stop SEO services with us. Our goal is to make the ending process simple and fair. We also want to protect the work already done on the website.
Notice Period
Clients must give us a written notice at least 30 days before ending SEO services. This notice must be sent by email or any official method used during the project. The 30 day notice helps our team close the work in a proper way. It also gives us time to check the website and prepare the final updates.
Monthly Billing
SEO Devz works on a monthly billing system. If your monthly SEO work has already started then payment for that month will still be required. Any unpaid invoice must be cleared before the service is fully closed.
Work During the Notice Period
During the 30 day notice period our team will keep working on the main SEO tasks. This may include:
- Maintaining keyword strategy
- Checking website performance
- Checking technical SEO issues
- Managing backlink activity
- Preparing monthly report
- Managing access and handover
Monthly Report
SEO Devz provides monthly reports to clients. If the service is ending during a billing month then the final report may include work completed during that month. The report may include keyword movement website performance backlink updates traffic notes and other important details.
Backlink Services
SEO Devz also provides backlink services as part of SEO work. Backlink work may include research outreach placement tracking and link management. After the service ends SEO Devz is not responsible for changes made by third party websites. This includes removed links, changed pages, delayed approvals or rejected placements. Some backlink results depend on third party websites. These are not fully controlled by SEO Devz.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not given for completed SEO work or active monthly service time. A refund may be reviewed only in special cases. This may include:
- A duplicate payment
- A duplicate transaction
- A case where the business nature clearly allows a refund
- Any special written agreement between the client and SEO Devz
Access and Handover
After termination is confirmed SEO Devz may remove its access from the client website and related tools. This may include:

- SEO tools
- Reporting tools
- Hosting access
- Other connected platforms
Completed Work
Any work already completed and shared with the client will remain with the client. Work that is still pending may not be completed after the final service end date unless both sides agree in writing. SEO Devz will try to complete important closing tasks during the 30 day notice period.
Website Performance After Termination
SEO is an ongoing process. Website rankings traffic leads and search visibility can change after services stop. These changes may happen because of search engine updates, website changes, competitor activity, technical issues or lack of ongoing work. After the service ends SEO Devz is not responsible for future ranking drops, traffic loss lead changes, website errors or updates made by the client or another company.
Re Activation of Services
If a client wants to start SEO services again in the future, SEO Devz will first review the website. We may continue from the last completed phase if it still makes sense. We will also check website health keyword performance content status backlink activity and current traffic before restarting the campaign. This helps us build the campaign again in the right way.
SEO Devz Right to End Services
SEO Devz may end services if the client does not follow the agreed terms. This may happen if:
- Payment is not made on time
- Required access is not provided
- False information is shared
- Communication stays inactive for a long time
- The client asks for harmful SEO methods
- The client uses spammy methods on the website
- The work relationship cannot continue in a professional way
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for website ownership domain hosting business profiles login details and website content. The client should make sure all business information shared with SEO Devz is correct. After the service ends the client is responsible for managing the website and all connected accounts.
Agreement to These Terms
By using SEO Devz services the client agrees to this SEO Termination Policy. These terms help keep the process fair, simple and professional for both sides.
