At SEO Devz we believe in fair work and clear communication. This Refund Policy explains how we review refund requests for our services.

Our work includes time planning research setup checks reports backlink work and campaign management. Once our team starts the work the time and effort are already used. That is why refunds are handled with care.

Monthly Billing

SEO Devz works on a monthly billing system.

When a client pays for a monthly service our team starts work for that month. This work may include website review keyword work technical checks backlink planning reporting and other service tasks.

Once the monthly work has started the payment is normally not refundable.

No Refund for Completed Work

Payments are not refunded for work that has already been completed.

This includes:

• Website review
• Keyword research
• Content planning
• Backlink research
• Backlink outreach
• Technical checks
• Report work
• Strategy work
• Monthly service work

These tasks take real time and team effort. So completed work cannot be refunded.

Duplicate Payment

If a client pays twice by mistake SEO Devz will review the payment record.

If we confirm that a duplicate payment was made the extra amount may be refunded.

The client should send payment proof to help us check the issue quickly.

Refund Based on Business Nature

Some refund requests may depend on the type of service and the nature of the business project.

SEO Devz will review each case in a fair way. We will check the service type project status work already done and any written agreement with the client.

A refund is not automatic. It will be approved only after review by SEO Devz.

Backlink Service Refunds

SEO Devz also provides backlink services.

Backlink work may include research outreach placement tracking and reporting.

Once backlink work has started or a backlink has been placed the payment is normally not refundable.

Some backlink work depends on third party websites. These websites may delay approval, change pages, remove links or reject placements. SEO Devz cannot fully control third party actions.

Third Party Costs

Some services may include third party costs.

These may include paid tools, paid placements, content publishing platforms or other outside service costs.

If SEO Devz has already paid a third party for the client work that cost is not refundable.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund the client must contact SEO Devz in writing.

The request should include:

• Client name
• Business name
• Website URL
• Payment date
• Payment amount
• Reason for refund
• Payment proof

This helps our team review the request properly.

Review and Response

SEO Devz will review the refund request and reply by email.

We may ask for more details if needed.

If a refund is approved the processing time may depend on the bank or payment method.

Client Responsibility

The client must provide correct details, access and payment information.

If work is delayed because the client did not provide needed details on time the payment will not be refunded for that reason.
